The festival features a variety of regional, ethnic and classic festival fare that will take diners on a culinary trip around Tennessee, the region and the world, with something to delight every palate.

Beer and wine will be available for sale in the festival’s three designated “beer gardens.”

Welcome our 2011 food vendors:

·      Strawberry Street Event Concessions - Delicious seafood selections and more! Grab a soft shell crab sandwich, crab cake platter, fried shrimp or oyster basket.
 
·      CiCi’s Pizza of Mt. Juliet, TN. - Enjoy pizza by the slice, warm bread sticks with marinara sauce or have a yummy treat of cinnamon sticks.
 
·      Island Noodles - Stop by this “tiki-hut” for traditional Hawaiian style wok-fired soba noodles prepared with 21 different vegetables and special island sauce. A healthier alternative that uses freshly made Yaki-Soba noodles, made with high-protein wheat. 
 
·      PaPa’s Italian Ice - Nashville-based Papa's Italian Ice is a gourmet frozen treat for all ages to enjoy! This fat, cholesterol and dairy free frozen delicacy comes in delicious flavors from orange-creamsicle to strawberry-banana swirl.
 
·      John & Brad’s BBQ of Bowling Green, KY - Those in the South know what “meat and two” means. Come try some pulled pork or chicken with some baked beans or cole slaw.
 
·      Nader’s Bistro & Grill - Greek and Mediterranean favorites – marinated and grilled beef, lamb or chicken gyros and kabobs, fresh made hummus, homemade falafel, stuffed grape leaves and more! 
 
·      Maggie’s Mobile Slab - Kids and their parents know Maggie Moo’s to be some of the best (and most fun) ice cream in Nashville. Cool off with a yummy treat with toppings.
 
·      Boutique Burger Bar of Nashville, TN - Burgers, burgers and more burgers.
 
·      Nanny’s Old Fashion Lemonade - Nothing tastes better on a hot day in the South!
 
·      Sweet Pickins Kettle Corn - Original kettle corn in small, medium or large…or dare to order the kettle corn turtle boat filled with kettle corn drizzled with carmel, chocolate and nuts.
 
·      T’s Concessions - Philly steak, curly fries and funnel cakes
 
·      Choice Concessions - Ever had a Georgia “veggie weggie”? Get one here along with other popular specialty tacos that includes cilantro lime steak, southern fried chicken, chipotle slaw, pico de gallo and seasoned black beans. Wash it all down with organic iced coffee locally roasted in Smyrna, Georgia. 
 
·      Mermaid Sunshine Vending - Lamb, chicken and steak gyros, Greek salad, phillly cheesesteak, jumbo polish sausage, corn dogs, french fries, fried pickles and fried green tomatoes.
 
·      Woody’s Pizza - Just like it says, good ol’ pizza (huge slices of it)! Mozzarella sticks, calzones and a loaded nacho bar with fresh meats and veggies.
 
·      J&L Mobile of White House, Tennessee - Chicken tenders, hot dogs, polish sausage dog, corn dogs and french fries
 
·      Off The Hook Concessions of Columbia, Tennessee - In case its not hot enough outside, stop by for spicy chicken wings, Cajun catfish and shrimp and some fried okra
 
·      Chipotle Creations of Adairville, Kentucky - Specialty Mexican fare featuring home-grown beef
