Jemero Carter & Kingdomology

Jemero Carter & Kingdomology is a contemporary gospel ensemble that performs everything from traditional gospel to modern variations of the genre, with hip hop, R&B, and trap influences mixed in. Led by Mississippi native Jemero Carter, the group is dedicated to sharing a message of faith through music that reaches listeners across generations while remaining rooted in the enduring foundations of gospel music.

Carter's musical foundation was shaped in the church, where gospel music served as not only artistic expression but as ministry, community, and the foundation of his spiritual formation. Throughout his career as a vocalist, worship leader, choir director, and educator, Carter has remained committed to creating music that speaks to both longtime gospel audiences and younger listeners. Before founding Kingdomology, Carter served in leadership roles with collegiate gospel ensembles, including Mississippi State University's Black Voices, where he helped cultivate the next generation of gospel musicians and worship leaders.

Founded with the mission of "releasing the attributes of the Kingdom through music and worship," Kingdomology blends traditional gospel harmonies, contemporary praise and worship music, and elements of hip hop and trap gospel into a sound that reflects the diversity of today's church while honoring the musical traditions that came before.
